Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@onyshchuk.shop with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Intimate apparel (such as underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@onyshchuk.shop with a description and photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Late or Missing Refunds
